Spinal Health Week 2024 was held from May 20 – 26, but our promotion continues through the end of June!
This is an initiative of the Australian Chiropractors Association. This year’s theme is ‘Spinal Health for Every Body’.
While chiropractic and nervous system care can help improve many aspects of health, most people consult a chiropractor for things like back pain, neck pain and headaches.
Back problems remain the second largest contributor to disability worldwide; with low back pain being the single leading cause of disabilities globally.
Chiropractic healthcare is a drug-free and low risk form of treatment for low back pain, that treats the underlying cause without the implications of strong medications.
How You Can Help
There are many people – family, work colleagues or friends – who have never tried chiropractic care. Many people don’t realise that chiropractic care has long been considered one of the most safe and effective methods of improving overall function and helping to alleviate chronic conditions such as low back pain, neck pain and headache.
If you know of anyone whom you think could benefit from chiropractic care, please refer them to Canberra Spine Centre for a complimentary spinal assessment as part of our focus on Spinal Health Week. Your effort could really make a difference in their lives!

As always, we only provide care where it is appropriate (ie there is a need, and there is a good likelihood that we can help), so please, only referrals of people in our community in genuine need of help – there are plenty!
Help Us Raise Money For A Good Cause!
Part of our mission at Canberra Spine Centre is to help people in need. One of the recipients of our donations is Opportunity International, who do fantastic work in helping people out of poverty – helping people to help themselves. Often, it’s something as simple as being able to buy a cow and start a milk supply business to support their family. You can find out more about them here »
